Refunds & cancellation

Firm and fair: you always know what you can get back, and the rules are the same for everyone. Ask from the order page in your dashboard, or write to hello@visionguardservices.online with your invoice number. We answer within three working days.

Before work starts: a full refund

If you cancel before work starts, you get all your money back, no reason needed. Work starts when you submit the questionnaire or, if you do not answer it, when building begins 6 hours after payment (your dashboard shows when).

One-off jobs, after work starts

• Stages already delivered (the sample concepts, the build) are not refunded.
• If a delivered stage has a defect or does not contain what the service page lists, we fix it through the revision round your order includes: request it from the order page first. If after that it still does not contain what the service page lists, we rebuild it or refund that stage.
• If we cannot deliver a stage, that stage is refunded.

Plans (monthly, every 3 months, yearly)

• Cancel any time from your dashboard, in one click, with no email needed. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Part-periods are not refunded.
• Yearly plans: within 14 days of payment, and if no build has been delivered yet, we refund the unused days pro rata.

Usage and extras

Usage beyond your allowance, top-ups and extras are not refundable once used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. We cannot send them to a different card or account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we answer within three working days. If a chargeback is opened without contacting us first, the service concerned is suspended and we contest the dispute with the evidence of the order: what you confirmed at checkout, what you sent us and what we delivered, with dates.

Limits that keep this fair

• One refund per customer per service.
• Repeated buy-and-refund cycles, fraud or misuse lead to the account being closed and future orders being refused.

This policy applies to business customers, the only customers we accept. It does not limit any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
